Mending (Jott) Fences

Note: This post is over 10 months old. You may want to check later in this blog to see if there is new information.

I’m extremely pleased to report that after publicly expressing my frustration with my communication with Jott.com, they almost immediately responded in surprise. Apparently there was a breakdown somewhere along the line, but information is flowing very smoothly now. I can now begin a full rewrite of Jott2iGTD as a standalone, far less buggy program. No more scraping HTML emails! No more RubyCocoa! It’s going to be sweet (I’m desperately hoping). In the meantime, I’m hearing mixed reports about the 2.4 version I uploaded this morning. I’m going to attempt to fix some remaining bugs and try again, but I’m totally swamped right now. But I will always do my best to serve my readers, at least until I keel over from exhaustion ;).

Awesome! Good luck with this, I don’t want to use mail.app because I my jotts go to a gmail account, so having a “native” interface will be GREAT!

Have your say
