		<description>You mean full site copies?  It can certainly assist... if you make an ftp copy of the site and an export of the database to the new location, this will make it a snap to change the database to point the new copy to the correct location.  It's nothing that can't be done from within Wordpress before moving the site, or with a little database editing afterwards, but I do it often enough that I just wanted a faster way to get it done.</description>
