I’m sick of all these m**** snakes…

Note: This post is over 2 years old. You may want to check later in this blog to see if there is new information.

I got a call from Chicago. It was my wife, who was standing in a coffeeshop that would give her 10% off her cup of coffee if she could tell them the working title of Snakes on a Plane. She asked me if I was near a computer with Internet access. Silly question. I haven’t seen the movie, and probably won’t while it’s in theaters, but what I found made me very glad that they stuck with Samuel L Jackson’s favorite.

Anaconda 3 (USA) (fake working title)
Flight 121 (USA) (working title)
Pacific Air 121 (USA) (working title)
Pacific Air Flight 121 (USA) (working title)
Venom (USA) (original script title)

Can you imagine going to see something with as vague a title as “Pacific Air 121″ and being hit over the head with a plot as lame as a bunch of venemous snakes on a plane? At least with the current title, you know what you’re in for and can go in with a sense of humor, with every intention of wallowing in CGI serpents and B-Movie C-Cups…
