This is a photo from Averi’s latest album, Bricks, now showing at the Circle Six Gallery.
Well, it’s been a rough week at Circle Six Design. 3 8-hour days of shooting a model wearing expensive clothes is wearing on all of us, including the extra hired help. And the model. But we finished it. My coffee bean bag labels are a disaster at the printer. My latest ecommerce website is having technical difficulties that are beyond my control and frustrating me to no end. I’m going to have some ticked off clients if things don’t start going my way, and fast.
On a lighter note, we’ve been coming up with some great ideas for an old friends new business. I think he’s going to like them when I finally get a copy to him. I’ve been telling him all week that it was almost ready and I really need to get it to him. I’ll show him what I’ve got this weekend, ready or not. And I brainstormed with an associate about what we could do with a pile of old payphones today, which led to some interesting ideas…
We have a new phone number, by the way, and I’ll be updating our contact information and business cards in the next few days: (507) 858-IDEA (4332) and toll free at 1-877-858-IDEA (4332). Everything else stays the same. And I’m a sucker for those fancy pens, like the ones that our dentist always has, so I ordered some with the new number on it. Just to help me remember it. I think 100 pens should help me remember a number, especially one that spells a word, don’t you? And thanks to DTI, our friends here at the Riverfront building, I can check my voicemail through my email account. How ubergeeky is that?
Anyway, I hope everyone is set to have a great weekend. I’ve been getting more and more emails from people that are reading the blog, and even a few comments here and there. I’ll be looking forward to hearing more! I love feeling connected!
