Wait, scratch that. Reverse it. After 8 hours I think Circle Six can call it’s first “fashion” photo shoot a success. I use the term fashion loosely because the clothing is geared towards an older generation who’s idea of fashion does not fit with what is generally thought of when the term comes to mind. But nonetheless, we are being paid to shoot pictures of a professional model and to create a website based on model images, ala Saks Fifth Avenue. It should be an interesting endeavor. We made great progress today. I’ll link to the site when it’s finished, but I don’t have a model release signed yet so I can’t put any pictures up on the blog. I know, I know, you’re all antsy in your pants to see our model. Well, after scouring Winona for 2 months looking for a male model for this job, the client eventually gave up on us and hired a professional from Minneapolis. They passed up some mighty fine looking gents from good ol’ Winona. But I’ve known this Minneapolis model for the last 6 years and he’s easy to work with and very professional, so it’s not so bad. Anyway, they’re footing the bill, so it’s their call.
