On a personal note…

It was my birthday yesterday. It was a pleasant day… even though I worked all day. My dog passed the CGC test thanks to the tutelage (great word) of my wife, Aditi, over at theurbaneanimal. Here at Circle Six we furthered our security measures, finished up a television commercial, photographed some jewelry for an e-commerce site, took some headshots for a fashion site, and my friend Jeremey Bot from New York City came to visit. He’s like, oh my gosh, the best photographer I know. Seriously. He works with people I could only hope to run into some day. Yet he comes to visit me in little old Winona. He’s a good guy. I mean, he was willing to be the best man at my wedding, right? Anyway, busy day. I hope you all had a wonderful Birthday as well.

In case you’re wondering, my wife got me a black watch to replace the one that mysteriously disappeared last month. Now I can appropriately coordinate my casual dark outfits again. Phew. I also got flowers, a little money, a cookie and a mystery present I haven’t seen yet. I didn’t get what I wished for this year, which was nothing, everybody ruined that with their somethings. Oh well. Thanks to everyone who called and messaged me, it’s nice to know I have a few friends.
